Development of a custom internal HRM platform as part of the company's digital transformation strategy. The system automates key HR processes — time tracking, leave requests, payroll, equipment management, one-to-one meetings, and analytics — while providing employees with a transparent and user-friendly interface on web and mobile.

Initiation & Planning
The preparation stage included gathering business needs from stakeholders, analyzing existing workflows, and reviewing available HRM tools on the market. Based on this research, we defined the MVP scope using MoSCoW prioritization, created a WBS and roadmap, and selected Scrum to ensure flexibility during delivery.
